I prefer to paint from direct observation as this gives me great joy and learning. I use a variety of techniques and enjoy painting diverse subjects as I like to experiment and have many interests. There will be portraits, flowers, landscapes, trees and water subjects on display, painted in oils, egg tempera, soft pastels or drawn with charcoals/pencils. Art is the big passion in my life and has kept me going through difficult times. I hope my work is inspiring to others and I look forward to meeting and listening to my visitor's opinions.
